Shipping

When aim to complete production and prepare orders to ship within 20 working days. From there we use a range of domestic and international carriers to ship and deliver your order.

  • We ship domestically (Australia wide) and also internationally to most countries.

  • Shipping prices change regularly and we are able to supply an up to date quote on submission of your order form.

  • We will supply all tracking and carrier details when production is complete and prior to departure.


  • For international orders we prepare the shipping of your order as well as the required declaration paperwork. Charges differ between countries and it is your responsibility to check your local customs duty, threshold and any other payments required at your local border. We are not responsible for any local customs charges or delays due to failing to pay or contact your local customs.

Shipping Time Estimates

We use a combination of carriers including DHL, Fedex and EMS. Shipping time varies between countries but we can supply a rough guide of timing on international delivery to major cities:

  • Australia & New Zealand — 10-15 days

  • USA & Canada— 10-15 days

  • Europe — 10-15 days

  • All other counties— 10-15 days

Returns

All orders are custom and the size, numbers and names submitted on your order form are final. We cannot refund you for incorrect sizes ordered, change of mind, or any errors in information supplied to us.

We will although do our best to assist with fixing issues with rare defects or human error on our end.

We check every order at multiple stages but are only human. We will exchange or credit for errors on our end and do our best to fix it up for you as quickly as we can. To help assist and speed up the process we encourage you to send an email with information and images to explain the issue.
