Yes! When ordering you can submit your sizing but also team name, rear player name and numbers. We then add these free of charge to your ordered teamwear.

Yes and no - We have taken the best parts of signature jerseys including our custom fabric, knitted ribbing, tailored cut and quality design. The base custom jerseys do not feature stitching and embroidery on names and numbers, but can be added as an extra feature by request during the ordering process for additional cost.

Yes, we offer full detailed tackle twill stitching and embroidery as additional options, extra costs and production time apply.

We offer a single mock up jersey and/or short for every order after payment has been made. We do not mock up or create designs prior to payment.

Yes, we can produce extra jerseys, shorts or both for new members of your team at a later date with no minimum order quantity.

We have a detailed sizing page which outlines all measurements and cuts of our jerseys and shorts. We also can send you sizing samples; Deposit and shipping costs do apply.

Yes, we can create everything from your team logo, artwork, full uniform and every detail in-between. We are often very busy on commercial projects and it is best to get in contact to discuss timelines and fees.

Once you have submitted your order form and made payment we allow a 12 hour period to allow for size, name and number changes. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancel production after this.

When aim to complete production and prepare orders to ship within 20 working days. From then we use a range of domestic and international carriers to ship and deliver your order. Shipping times vary based on location and it is best to check out shipping and returns section for the most up to date shipping information.

After payment is received and the order form is submitted we will update you when production has finished and supply you with all relevant shipping and tracking information.

We will send you all relevant shipping information once production has finished and your order is ready to ship. You will be able to track the shipment with the shipping carrier.

We prepare the shipping of your order as well as the required declaration paperwork. Charges differ between countries and it is your responsibility to check your local customs duty, threshold and any other payments required at your local border. We are not responsible for any local customs charges or delays due to failing to pay or contact your local customs.

All custom uniforms are made to order based on the order form you supply during payment. We do not accept any returns or changes for mistakes, misspelling or change of mind on your end of the order. We will although do our best to assist with fixing issues with rare defects or human error on our end. We can’t change or exchange sizes, so make sure you and your team have checked over our size guide or know your relevant jersey sizing.

We check all orders at multiple stages through production but if there is a defect in the garment we will exchange or credit you. Please note that if you ordered a size which is too small or large we can not offer refunds or exchanges.

We check every order at multiple stages but are only human. We will exchange or credit for errors on our end and do our best to fix it up for you as quickly as we can. To help assist and speed up the process we encourage you to send an email with information and images to explain the issue.

100% polyester. Cold machine wash separate or with similar colours. Line dry and do not directly iron. Do not bleach. To remove creases from washing use a steamer or iron with a cotton fabric between the jersey and iron surface on a synthetic setting.
